The Benefits of Flexibility in an RN to BSN Bridge Program

Nursing has never been a simple 9-to-5 career. Anyone already working in the field knows that. Long shifts, rotating schedules, family stuff at home, exhaustion that hits out of nowhere after a brutal week. That’s exactly why an rn to BSN bridge program with flexibility built into it matters so much now. Nurses are trying to move forward professionally without putting the rest of life on hold, and honestly, rigid college schedules just don’t fit anymore.
